Massive delays in the delivery of goods can therefore be expected in the near future. We know you are used to be supplied quickly and reliably by us, but due to the current events we currently have only a limited influence on the delivery times.

We ask for your understanding that in this exceptional situation we can no longer guarantee delivery dates and deliveries might be delayed.

Just as important is the note that when you order goods from us you absolutely have to ensure that the goods can also be accepted upon delivery.

We cannot pay for any additional costs that arise due to non-acceptance of goods. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for the possible costs for necessary new deliveries, possible return transport or storage due to the Cornona problem. These costs will be charged to the purchaser of the goods.

Therefore, please check very carefully whether the ordered goods can also be properly accepted at the specified delivery address.
